Other services provided:
Marriage Licenses: Required documents - birth certificates, driver's licenses and any and all previous marriage papers.
Sporting Licenses: Required documents - driver's license or previous year's sporting license. For first-time Hunting permits, you must provide proof of Hunter's Education, for first-time Bow permit you must provide proof of Bow Hunter's Education.
Dog Licenses: Proof of current rabies vaccination status, proof of spay/neuter certificate.
Passports: (To renew on your own go to travel.state.gov ) Required documents: original birth certificate with the raised seal and both parent's names, driver's license, passport photograph, two forms of payment, any other required supporting documentation as needed.
Recycling Bin Pickup: Village and Town residents.
E-ZPass Purchase: $25.00, good for up to four vehicles
Town & County Tax Collection: January 1 - March 31

From Section 106 of the Department of State Open Meetings Law:
1. Minutes shall be taken at all open meetings of a public body which shall consist of a record or summary of all motions, proposals, resolutions and any other matter formally voted upon and the vote thereon.
2. Minutes shall be taken at executive sessions of any action that is taken by formal vote which shall consist of a record or summary of the final determination of such action, and the date and vote thereon; provided, however, that such summary need not include any matter which is not required to be made public by the freedom of information law as added by article six of this chapter.
3. Minutes of meetings of all public bodies shall be available to the public in accordance with the provisions of the freedom of information law within two weeks from the date of such meeting except that minutes taken pursuant to subdivision two hereof shall be available to the public within one week from the date of the executive session."
It is not required that minutes or meeting agendas be posted to any town's website at any point in time, however, the Town of Elbridge does wish to keep interested residents and inquiring parties informed by making them available on the website as soon as possible. Minutes that have yet to be posted to the website may be requested and obtained at the Town Clerk's office or by email, at the prescribed two week period as mentioned in number three of the Open Meetings Law Section 106 posted above.
