The JET is a free service provided by the Town of Elbridge to transport Senior Citizens (age 60+) and handicapped residents to their medical appointments and other essential services.
Due to limited vehicles and drivers, the JET only transports to specific locations on
designated days of the week as follows:
JET Schedule (Operating 8:00am - 4:30pm)
Monday - Syracuse Area Appointments
Tuesday - Jordan-Elbridge & Camillus Areas
Wednesday - Syracuse Area Appointments
Thursday - Auburn & Skaneateles Area Appointments
Friday - Jordan-Elbridge and Camillus Area Appointments

At least 2 (business) days in advance of your appointment. Leave a voicemail with rider information and appointment information and then you will receive a call back with pick-up times.
The JET will not operate on days when schools are closed due to weather
The JET is always looking for volunteer drivers with a flexible schedule. Even one or two hours a week makes a difference.
The JET is FREE!
There is no charge to ride the JET. Donations are gladly accepted. Donations can be made when boarding the bus or by sending a check to:

The JET is a volunteer based program and urgently needs your help. If you have a little extra time and would enjoy working with Elbridge residents, please consider volunteering your time to the JET Program. We are actively seeking volunteer drivers and escorts for this program. Interested persons, please contact us for more information on how you can join this community program. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Town of Elbridge TRANSPORTATION POLICIES:
**Unfortunately, our JET bus is currently out of service until late August. What this means is that we will not be able to accommodate wheelchair transports during this time. We do, however, still have the JET van and Trailblazer in full service. Please call for a ride.**
