JET News

A newly created Town of Elbridge bus service has been established to transport Seniors age 60 and over and disabled residents to and from medical appointments and other essential services. Just call 689-3431, at least two days in advance, to ensure your reservation. The JET will begin pick-ups at 8:00 am.

Look for the JET on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month for transportation to the Senior Citizens Luncheons and to the PEACE Luncheons on Fridays. The JET will not operate on days when school is closed due to inclement weather. Look for a full schedule on the homepage of townofelbridge.com.

Do you want to "give back" and help better the quality of life of others in need? If you have ever had a parent or grandparent in need of a ride and no one else to drive them to appointments, you know how important it is to offer this service. One day a month as a JET volunteer can make a difference. To be trained as a driver, or bus escort, please call Mark Grasmeyer between 9 am and 1 pm, 689-3431.
