We are now utilizing different aids for assessing purposes Recently some residents have been receiving either a Residential Sale Verification Form or an Economic Information Request Form. there are different factors that may be involved regarding Commercial/Industrial Economic InformationWe are
requesting property owners whose parcels we have coded as commercial or
industrial to complete this form, which will be sent on an annual basis.
This questionnaire is with regards to the income and expenses of the
building(s), not the business income. Markets change yearly whether
it goes up or down. The information we have requested is known as the
Income Approach, an accepted appraisal approach for these types of
